Create and update your listing (your room page) on Airbnb

We provide templates to input information on your property. We create your listing in Chinese, Spanish, French, and English. Our templates prevent information omission which tends to happen when you create your listing on your own. We provide templates for hosts who already have their listing created.

Instructions etc. before check-in and after check-out will be automatically sent to your guests. Of course automated messages can be sent to you, your partner, and your cleaning crew at various timings. Pre-approval for reservations can be also automated not to miss an opportunity of reservation. The template massage for booking confirmation is also provided to prevent any troubles.

Requisite service for a Superhost

PROCESS

Credit card settlement

Your application is complete once the credit card settlement succeeds. Please follow the guide in the mail sent to you which take you to My Page, and input information required.

Get your room ready for guests

Enrich the equipment of your room as much as possible according to our guideline. Organize cleaning company (or cleaning crew).

Input address of your property etc. in hearing sheet

Make sure you don’t input a wrong address otherwise information needs to be re-provided from the beginning. Do not forget to input room number information if your property is an apartment. Input number of beds and amenities such as a hair dryer in your room. Data besides address can be corrected afterwards.

Upload photos

Take photos of bed, kitchen, bathroom, and every amenities in your room such as fridge. More than 12 photos are required.

Content check and translation for registration on airbnb or Booking.com to receive reservation

Content check will be usually done within 5 working days. You will be notified by e-mail once reservation reception starts on airbnb or Booking.com.

PRICE

  • Price is shown in US dollars. 
  • The contract is automatically updated on a monthly basis from the date of contract.
  • The contract can be canceled with a notification given 3 days prior to the next update.
  • Input screen for credit card information will be shown if you select [Next] button. * You need to switch on the checkbox “I agree to the terms of service” to proceed.
  • Our Booking.com service will be offered half a year later. Fee is required separately to contract.

Q Can I ask for room cleaning service?

A E-mail for requesting cleaning service can be sent to a designated address before check-out date. You can either clean your room yourself or find a cleaning company to ask for the service. We recommend you to clean your room yourself so that you can get a chance to interact with guests, which leads to earn favorable reviews.

Q I want to know your concrete service contents.

Q Is there discount applied to my listings if they are over 100?

A We can’t offer any discount as our service charge is already set mininum.

Q I don't own my property, it's rental one. Can you still offer your service if I don’t have permission to put my property on airbnb or Booking.com?

A We recommend you to get permission from the owner. However, we don’t check if you have it or not.

Q How can I give my room key to guests?

A You can place a key box near the entrance of your room, so that your guests can get into your room without you. You can also ask them to come and pick it up from your house if you live close to your property.
